Tilly Holzindustrie Building CHP Plant

Tilly Holzindustrie GmbH, known for its Tilly natural wood panels for furniture and interior development, is investing in a modern biomass cogeneration plant.

Urbas Energietechnik has been selected to provide a turn-key implementation of this project, erecting a combined heat and power plant (CHP) with an output of 21 MWth and 7.26 MW respectively, including all required ancillary facilities. The produced heat will supply Tilly’s factory facilities as well as the regional district heating network of Kelag, one of Austria’s leading energy service providers.
