I created an organic ice amendment that for slippery surfaces that works on roads and walkways and doubles as a fertilizer.Isuccessfully patented the mixes and what I call the Renewable Process involving growing pine trees at an accelerated rate on a rotational schedule on 12 equal size plots for 9 years each.
